LIGHT AND BLUE

I’ve been wearing a lot more block colors lately. For a girl whose wardrobe used to consist of black, white and a few prints, that’s a huge change. When I saw this dress I fell head over heels in love with it, it was effortlessly chic, simple yet bold. I won’tlie, dresses like this are always a bit complicated to style. Its sheer fabric so you have to figure out what to wear inside, light ruffles at the bottom, so it’s a little less casual than a kaftan or throw on would be. But I think at the same time that adds to the fun when it comes to styling, wear a pair of mum jeans under it and give an unexpected twist to the outfit when you sit and your jeans peek through the bottom. Or find a simple slip dress to wear underneath. If you’re going for a festival or to the beach, this dress can work as a cover up for cut offs or swimwear, though it looks like a piece that you won’t be able to wear very often, it can actually be styled a million and one ways.

Let me know how you would wear this dress,

And as usual thanks so much for stopping by,
